I started Millbrook Company in 2006. After working in the food industry for 18 years and graduating from the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, I wanted to produce organic and all natural food for people to enjoy. The Culinary Institute’s focus on using local organic ingredients had hit home for me, and I became dedicated to following that philosophy in my own company.
Hancock County has more organic farmers than any other county in the state of Maine, so fresh organic produce, meats, seafood, and cheeses are plentiful.
I believe food should not just be eaten; it should be enjoyed. My goal is to provide you with food for both body and spirit.
